My wife and I were hesitant as we approached Shelby only because our interactions with personnel at this Trustco has been frustrating, needless to say she was amazing. She was patient, answered every one of our questions and was super patient. She updated all our accounts and explained all entries we found questionable. It should be noted these questions were due to a passing in our family. She was outstanding! pleased with our experience.
