Message: I have honestly been using KeyBank for my entire adult life which is a pretty long time without going into numbers I will tell you that all of the branches in the Schenectady niskayuna Rotterdam area that I’ve ever gone to have been pretty incredible over that many years that I’ve never had one issue, and more often than not there’s been many tellers, that I’ve possibly argued with no fault but my own as I was previously NOT smart with money however this is all changed now. Thanks to you guys. Today beginning at 8 AM the awesome KeyBank employees of Consaul Rd., Niskayuna started my day off beautifully by resolving an ATM issue quickly in order for me to avoid bounce fees well before 9 AM and well before I had to be to work, so I save myself any fees and I made it to work early …on top of it they were all so sweet and I just have to say that the rest of my day has been set on a smooth path! I’ve always loved to be a KeyBank-er ha ha I like that little term I just made up
