Message: Getting service in the Bank is not an issue. Customer service is good the people friendly But When I need to deposit a check or cash to the ATM after hours or on the weekends it tells me "No Deposits at this time", come on. I have to travel from the Bronx to get to my bank and then it tells me I can't put my money in. My job doesn't do direct deposit and I'm stuck waiting til Monday of the following week to do a deposit. It's not even like the bank is located near my home. Thinking of going to my local Chase, Citi Bank, Capital one or any other local bank to open an account.
